Take 3rd Right on to Whirlwind Hill Rd

Just past the lake turn Right in to long Drive way barn is on the hill

The team is made up of Family, friends and professionals who are all connected to organ and tissue donation.thru Organ Donors, Cornea Donors, Living Donors, Donor Families,Transplant Recipients, Organ Recipients.

Our Mission:

The mission of Transplant Team of Connecticut is to honor organ, tissue and cornea donors, living donors, donor families, organ recipients, and their families. Showcase the health and wellness experienced by transplant recipients and to raise awareness about organ and tissue donation.c

The Team has three main programs:
Awareness Program:
We educate the public about Organ Donors, Cornea Donors, Living Donors, Donor Families,Transplant Recipients, Organ Recipients and their families. 
Give Back Program:
We help those that need our help during their own journey in the donation and transplantation world
Showcase Program:
We show to the world that donation and transplantation works
